Andrii is a dual-qualified disputes solicitor focusing on commercial litigation and international arbitration. He has experience of advising and representing corporate and private clients in a range of domestic and cross-border disputes, including matters involving breach of contract, unjust enrichment, defamation, crypto asset disputes, and enforcement of foreign judgments.
His recent work includes advising a global business on the prospects of a substantial arbitration claim and on alternative causes of action in foreign jurisdictions. He has also acted for a high-net-worth client in a multi-million-dollar claim in the cryptocurrency sector and advised an international fuel transportation company in a contractual dispute with a major fuel supplier.
Andrii has experience of acting for clients on complex matters, often with a cross-border element. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he is actively involved in the London disputes and arbitration community.
Beyond his core practice, Andrii takes a close interest in the evolving law of crypto and digital assets, such as asset-tracing and recovery in blockchain disputes, and in the responsible use of AI in legal practice.
